• Requires that persons working for or on behalf of Freedom Electronics Recycling strictly adhere to applicable legal and other requirements and receive adequate and appropriate training;
• Maintains open and constructive dialogues on relevant environmental issues with regulatory authorities, business partners, customers, interested parties, and the community;
• Establishes environmental objectives and targets;
• Discourages unnecessary waste generation;
• Maintains a "no landfill" and "no export electronics" policy; and
• At planned intervals, reviews the Environmental Management System to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness as a vehicle for improving environmental performance.
